Our Services

Cosmetic Services

Cosmetic Dermatology is the branch in medicine that studies the treatment and prevention of skin conditions that affects the appearance of the skin. There are many factors that play into the appearance of our skin. Such factors include the amount of sun exposure one has accumulated, smoking history, genetics, and chronic skin conditions such as acne.

Sculptra

Sculptra or poly-L-lactic Acid (PLLA) is a FDA approved bio-stimulator that is injected into areas of the face, neck and body that lack volume, support and or structure. It helps to stimulate your own natural collagen. It is not a dermal filler.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are injectable products that contain natural occurring hyaluronic acid that helps restore volume, smooth out fine lines, and create definition. Allergan’s Juvederm and Galderma’s Restylane dermal fillers are all examples of commonly used HA injectables.

Neurotoxins

Neurotoxins such as Allergan’s Botox and Galderma’s Dysport are purified protein toxins that are injected to reduce facial lines formed by hypermobility of facial muscles. Neurotoxins are considered “lunch time” procedures, meaning the procedure can be administered in 15-30 minutes.

SkinPen

SkinPen is a safe, minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that helps improve the texture of your skin.

Chemical Peels

Dermatology chemical peels are cosmetic procedures designed to rejuvenate and improve the appearance of the skin.

Dermatology  Services

Medical dermatology is the branch in medicine that studies skin, hair and nails and all of the conditions that affect them.

In this section you will find common skin conditions that affect people everyday. Knowledge of common skin conditions can help you gain insight, equip you to have a productive conversation with your doctor, and become empowered when making decisions about your treatment plan.

Cherry Hemangioma Removal

Cherry hemangiomas, also sometimes called cherry angiomas or cherry spots, are small, benign growths on the skin composed of blood vessels.

Skin Tag Removal

Skin tags are small, noncancerous growths that form on the skin. They are usually flesh-colored or slightly darker than your skin tone, and they can vary in size from a few millimeters to a centimeter or more.

Acne

Acne, also known as acne vulgaris, is a common skin condition that affects most people at some point in their lives, usually during puberty.

Sebaceous Hyperplasia Destruction

Sebaceous hyperplasia is a common skin condition that causes bumps to appear on the face.

Chronic Dermatitis

Dermatitis is a general term for inflammation of the skin, causing irritation, redness, and itchiness. Several chronic skin conditions fall under this umbrella, each with its own characteristics and causes.

Skin Cancer Screenings

A skin cancer screening performed by a dermatology provider in a clinical setting is a preventative checkup to detect potential signs of skin cancer early.

Melanoma, also simply called melanoma, is the most serious type of skin cancer. It arises from melanocytes, the cells in your skin that produce melanin, the pigment that gives your skin its color.

Basal Cell Skin Carcinoma

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common type of skin cancer. It’s important to catch it early for the easiest and most effective treatment.

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is another common type of skin cancer, but unlike basal cell carcinoma, it can be more aggressive.
